The drum directly was made by large seamless steel:

We precisely cut the tube by using the flame cutting machine, and weld the inner pulley disc by using the professional pulley welding machine, and weld the pulley sleeve and disc by using the positioner. We use the large drum lathe process the outside circle, so that it ensures the pulley has the uniform thickness and small pulsation. We choose 45# round steel and sleeve and process the whole shaft so that it ensures shaft concentricity and reduction for the eccentric shaft force. It make sure the pulley move more stable, high quality bearing which is hot charging and bearing block are equipped inner bearing enlargement device, so the bearing can be easily pushed to the bearing position and it avoids the bearing damage from the beating. We need make the eliminating inner stress treatments when the pulley’s withstand forces exceed 80KN and we will make the static balance inspection when the belt speed exceeds 2.5m/s.

Producing different standards pulley: production scope diameter: 114mm-2400mm, length: 260mm-3400mm
